Providing the information, Additional District Magistrate (Law and Order) Pankaj Sharma said 3,738 candidates had registered for the exam in Shimla, of which 111 failed to appear.
He said the nine exam centres included Centre of Excellence (COE) Government College Sanjauli, Government Model Senior Secondary School (Boys) Lalpani, Government Model Girls Senior Secondary School Portmore, PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Jakhu Hills, Government Girls College, HP University Model School Summer Hill, Law Department (HP University Summer Hill), Rajiv Gandhi Government Degree College, Chaura Maidan and University Institute of Technology (UIT).
“Despite the town experiencing thunderstorm and rain, the candidates reached the centres to appear in the exam,” he said.
