उन्होंने कहा कि आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और इंफॉर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी आधारित लर्निंग मॉड्यूल्स भी प्रशिक्षुओं को सॉफ्ट स्किल्स और फ्यूचर-रेडी क्षमताओं से लैस करने के लिए शुरू किए जा रहे हैं। रोजगार की बदलती लैंडस्केप को रेखांकित करते हुए, मंत्री ने कहा कि हॉर्टिकल्चर, नेचरल फार्मिंग और डेयरी टेक्नोलॉजी जैसे विषयों को तकनीकी संस्थानों में शामिल किया जा रहा है क्योंकि इन क्षेत्रों में डोमेन एक्सपर्ट्स की मांग बढ़ रही है। व्यावहारिक एक्सपोजर और फील्ड-आधारित लर्निंग को मजबूत करने के लिए, कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र और कृषि कॉलेजों के साथ समन्वय भी स्थापित किया जाएगा।
स्किल डेवलपमेंट की दिशा में कदम
