The programme commenced with an inaugural address by Principal Arjun Singh, who emphasised the importance of innovative teaching methods, learner-centric classrooms and holistic development of students. The heads of various departments also gave presentations on subject-specific pedagogical approaches, curricular objectives and innovative instructional methodologies aimed at enhancing academic excellence and classroom engagement.
Faculty members actively participated in collaborative activities, group discussions, presentations and workshops designed to strengthen classroom practices and professional growth. The programme concluded with the principal appreciating the efforts of the resource persons, coordinators and teachers in ensuring the success of the initiative. He encouraged the faculty members to incorporate the learnings and innovative strategies gained during the sessions into everyday teaching practices to create a dynamic, inclusive and future-ready learning environment.
