Under the guidance of the head of department, science, Sumit Kumar, Daksh presented his project titled “Thermite Protection Box using Indian Ancient Wisdom with Modern Science and Technology” at the district-level exhibition held at Government Senior Secondary School, Nahan, on Thursday.
A total of 87 participants from Solan and Sirmaur took part in the competition.
Meanwhile, 50 students of the school have made it to the annual National Cadet Corps (NCC) enrollment for the 2026-27 session. Havildar (ESMPI) Dalip Kumar, Havildar Mohammad Tasveer and Havildar Sohan Singh of 1 HP Battalion, NCC, Solan, played a significant role. School’s associate NCC officer Radhika Minhas also extended full cooperation during the selection process.
