हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री Sukhu ने कहा है कि राज्य में विश्व-स्तरीय व्यावसायिक केंद्र बनाए जाएंगे ताकि शहरों को भीड़भाड़ से मुक्ति मिल सके। उन्होंने Urban Development Department की बैठक में यह बात कही, जहां उन्होंने विभाग को Sabzi Mandi Central Business District (CBD) परियोजना और Hamirpur में प्रस्तावित City Centre परियोजना के काम को तेज करने का निर्देश दिया।
परियोजना की मुख्य बातें
Sukhu ने कहा कि Shimla Sabzi Mandi परियोजना पर Rs 330 crore खर्च किए जाएंगे, जिसे दो चरणों में विकसित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले चरण में Rs 210 crore खर्च होंगे, जिसमें से Rs 160 crore Already Shimla Municipal Corporation (MC) और Public Works Department (PWD) को दिए जा चुके हैं। Sukhu ने SMC को निर्देश दिया कि May 21 तक 53 आवासों, 6 शेड्स, SJPNL कार्यालय, पार्षद कार्यालय, Food Security Office और 5 दुकानों को खाली करा लिया जाए ताकि जुलाई में ध्वंस कार्य शुरू किया जा सके। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को August 2026 तक परियोजना के लिए टेंडरिंग प्रक्रिया पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया।

Sukhu ने कहा कि Hamirpur में प्रस्तावित Rs 140-crore City Centre परियोजना पुराने बस स्टैंड को तोड़कर बनाई जाएगी, क्योंकि नया बस स्टैंड पूरा होने वाला है। उन्होंने कहा कि परियोजना के लिए Rs 80 crore Already स्वीकृत किए जा चुके हैं, जबकि शेष राशि Public-Private Partnership (PPP) मोड के माध्यम से व्यवस्थित की जाएगी। परियोजना के लिए Detailed Project Report (DPR) Already तैयार किया जा चुका है। Sukhu ने कहा कि Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) द्वारा परिसर को खाली करने के लिए अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने PWD को साइट साफ होने के एक महीने के भीतर टेंडरिंग प्रक्रिया पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया।
