The event was attended by BJP national vice-president Saudan Singh as the chief guest. The BJP national vice-president alleged that the state government led by CM Sukhu was the “most corrupt and ineffective government” in the history of Himachal Pradesh. He claimed that within three-and-a-half years, the state had been pushed towards economic instability, administrative disorder and stalled development.
Bindal criticised the Sukhu government for increasing financial burden on common people through higher transport fares, water bills and taxes. He alleged deterioration in law and order and closure of public institutions across the state.
