Graduates are expected to contribute to cutting-edge domains such as secure communications, quantum hardware development and advanced computing technologies.Recognising the growing importance of technology-driven agriculture, IIT-Mandi has also introduced BTech in agricultural engineering with data analytics.

The course is aimed at developing professionals capable of advancing precision farming, sustainable agriculture and climate-resilient food systems.The third programme, BTech in chemical engineering with data analytics, will be offered under the School of Chemical Sciences.
