A major outcome was an agreement with Google to establish a special task force to explore cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and digital governance. During his meeting with Google Asia-Pacific president Karan Bhatia, Naidu outlined his vision to transform Andhra Pradesh into a hub for AI, data centres, and digital infrastructure. Naidu met representatives of YCH Logistics Group and discussed setting up logistics parks and a modern supply chain city in Andhra Pradesh. Discussions covered sustainable urban development, slum upgrading programmes, municipal finance reforms, climate funding, and cooperation in implementing Sustainable Development Goals in rapidly growing cities.

Education: NUS Campus in Amaravati

The Chief Minister met National University of Singapore (NUS) President Professor Tan Eng Chye and invited NUS to establish an international branch or satellite campus in Amaravati. He said the state is developing a world-class educational ecosystem in the capital region and sought NUS support in policy design and higher education initiatives.

Engagement with CII and Indian Diaspora

Naidu interacted with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Andhra Pradesh Business Delegation and urged Telugu entrepreneurs to promote investment opportunities in the state globally. He also held discussions with Singapore leaders and governance experts on administrative reforms and bilateral cooperation.

Meeting with Indian High Commissioner

Earlier, Naidu met India’s High Commissioner to Singapore, Shilpak Ambule, and discussed deepening economic and trade ties. Ambule outlined Singapore’s strong economic relationship with India and expressed interest in expanding cooperation with Indian states. Naidu urged Singaporean companies to explore opportunities in Andhra Pradesh in sectors such as food processing, electronics, semiconductors, quantum technologies, shipbuilding, and MRO facilities in civil aviation. He noted that nearly 2 million acres have been brought under natural farming and that the state’s farmers produce world-class horticultural products with export potential.
