The administration had advised commuters to use alternative routes if roads were blocked or were under construction, even if this results in longer travel time.
The district administration is issuing timely weather advisories and alerts through official platforms, including the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi Facebook page, the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) social media channels and local media outlets.
