Child Development Project Office (CDPO) Arki has released the official notification for the recruitment of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Assistant for various Anganwadi Centers under the Arki Block.
Eligible female candidates can submit their offline application forms from 10 December 2025 to 25 December 2025 (till 05:00 PM).

This recruitment will be conducted through Interview and Document Verification.

🎓 Educational Qualification

Minimum qualification for all posts (Worker/Assistant/Mini Worker):

• 12th Pass (10+2)

Documents Required

Candidates must attach self-attested copies of:

• 10th Marksheet

• 12th Marksheet

• Aadhaar Card

• Himachali Bonafide Certificate

• Category Certificate (if applicable)

• Income Certificate (Family annual income ≤ ₹50,000)

• Residence Proof of feeder area

• Other relevant Certificates

Important Terms & Conditions

• Candidate must be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh.

• Candidate must belong to the feeder area of the concerned Anganwadi Centre.

• Family income should not exceed ₹50,000 per year, certified by Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar.

• Only female candidates are eligible for Anganwadi posts.

⭐ Selection Process (Total 25 Marks)

Educational Qualification – 10 Marks

• Based on 10+2 marks

• Proportionate marks up to 7 marks

• Higher Education: 3 marks

  • Graduation: 2 marks

  • Post Graduation & above: 1 mark

Experience – 3 Marks

• 1 mark for each year (minimum 10 months per year)

• Max: 3 marks

Special Category – 2 to 3 Marks

• 2 marks → Divyang (40%+ disability)

• 2 marks → SC/ST/OBC

• 3 marks → Orphans, Widows, Destitute, Divorcee, State Home residents

• 2 marks → Families with two daughters and no sons

Personal Interview – 3 Marks
