Special emphasis was laid on understanding the experiences of the transgender community, helping the participants develop empathy and sensitivity.
The teachers were also encouraged to reflect on their behaviour, communication and teaching practices to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Principal Arjun Singh lauded the initiative and appreciated the active participation of teachers.
