Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026: Registration Open for D.El.Ed Admissions, First Allotment on June 20

The Rajasthan BSTC Pre-D.El.Ed. 2026 counselling process commenced on June 11, 2026, with Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, releasing the complete admission schedule for candidates seeking entry into the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) programme. The registration and choice-filling process will remain open until June 16.

Around 25,970 seats are available across D.El.Ed. colleges in Rajasthan. Candidates who qualified in the Rajasthan BSTC Pre-D.El.Ed. 2026 examination must participate in counselling through the official portal by logging in with their counselling ID, roll number, mother's name and date of birth.

Counselling Process and Fee Details

Candidates are required to pay a counselling registration fee of Rs 3,000 before submitting their preferred college choices. Seat allotment will be carried out on the basis of examination merit, category and the preferences submitted during counselling. The first-round allotment list will be released on June 20, 2026. Candidates allotted seats in this phase must pay an admission fee of Rs 13,555 between June 20 and June 27. Institute reporting, document verification, online certification and downloading of provisional admission slips will continue until June 29. Classes are scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026.

Upward Movement and Subsequent Rounds

Applications for upward movement will be accepted on July 3 and July 4, while the result will be declared on July 7. Candidates receiving upgraded allotments must report to their institutes between July 7 and July 9. The second-round allotment list is scheduled for release on July 13. Selected candidates must complete fee payment from July 14 to July 19 and report to allotted institutes by July 20. The third-round allotment list will be published on July 22. Candidates selected in this round must pay the admission fee between July 22 and July 27 and complete reporting and document verification by July 28. Fee refunds will be processed within 45 working days after completion of the admission process.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates must upload soft copies of Class 10 and Class 12 original marksheets, a self-declaration form, a recent passport-sized photograph, valid caste certificates where applicable, and bonafide resident or special bonafide resident certificates. Candidates not allotted a college in the first round will be considered for subsequent rounds. Those who do not receive any allotment may apply for a refund. Candidates who fail to report after allotment will receive a partial refund as per the prescribed rules.
