- What this notice is
- A fresh item has appeared on the official HPBOSE site titled "Notification - Fourth Round Counselling D.El.Ed. CET 2026, Instructions, Datewise List, Bio-Data Form and Certificate Specimen." It is a counselling notice for candidates who qualified the D.El.Ed. Common Entrance Test. It tells you whether a fourth round of counselling is being held, who may take part, and what paperwork to bring. It is not a result sheet and not an admission letter.
- Start with the notification text itself
- Open the official page at https://hpbose.org/Admin/Upload/final_compressed.pdf and read the notification portion first. Look for who is eligible for this round, whether attendance is compulsory, and what happens if you do not appear. Do not rely on forwarded screenshots or social media summaries; the wording on the official file is what counts.
- Read the instructions before anything else
- The instructions section sets the rules: reporting time, documents to carry, whether a guardian must accompany you, and how seats are allotted. Read it fully once, then again with a pen in hand, noting each requirement. If a line is unclear, treat it as something to confirm with the board office rather than guess.
- Use the datewise list to find your slot
- The datewise list maps candidates to particular dates, and often to particular times or ranks. Search the list for your roll number or name and note the exact date and reporting time. Do not assume your slot matches a friend's. If your number does not appear, check whether the list covers only a certain rank range, and confirm your position on the official site.
- Fill the bio-data form carefully
- The bio-data form is the record of your personal and academic details used during counselling. Copy details exactly from your certificates, not from memory. Write legibly if it is handwritten, keep a photocopy for yourself, and carry the original plus copies of every document the form refers to. Any mismatch between the form and your certificates can delay your counselling.
- Match your certificates to the specimen
- The certificate specimen shows the expected format and content of documents such as category, domicile or qualifying exam certificates. Compare your own papers against it. If a certificate looks different in format, do not alter it yourself; ask the board or the issuing authority whether it is acceptable.
- What to carry on the day
- Carry the printed notification, your bio-data form, the CET admit card or score record, original certificates with photocopies, and photographs if the instructions ask for them. Keep everything in one folder in the order the instructions list them, so verification is quick.
- What this notice does not tell you
- It does not by itself guarantee a seat, and it does not fix fees or cut-offs for you. Any figures you see quoted elsewhere should be checked against the official site. Dates, reporting times and eligibility conditions must be confirmed on https://hpbose.org/Admin/Upload/final_compressed.pdf before you act.
- After the counselling
- Note what the notice says about subsequent steps, such as document verification, fee payment or reporting to the institute. Keep your acknowledgement slips and copies of forms. Watch the official site for any corrigendum or change in schedule, since counselling notices are sometimes revised.
Not an official government website. Last checked 19 Oct 2026. Confirm dates, fees, and vacancies on the official notice: https://hpbose.org/Admin/Upload/final_compressed.pdf.
