Sundernagar MLA Rakesh Jamwal visited the hospital to check on the injured and spoke with doctors and administrative officials about treatment. Kanungo Mahesh, posted in the Naib Tehsildar office, said instructions have been given to Patwari Jadol to provide immediate relief.

DSP Bharat Bhushan of Sundernagar stated that preliminary investigation reveals overspeeding as the main cause of the accident. A case has been registered against the driver, and all aspects are being investigated. SDM Amar Negi added that the bus met with an accident while saving a biker.
