Workshop Details
The training session, held from 10 AM to 1 PM, divided participants into beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups based on their proficiency. This allowed personalized guidance for each student. The curriculum covered essential aspects such as tatkaar, aamad, tode, paran, layakari, abhinaya, and stage presentation.
Participants practiced with dedication and discipline, focusing on layakari, footwork, hand gestures, and emotional expression. The gurus provided individual assessments, correcting technical errors, strengthening rhythmic precision, and offering tips for effective stage performance.

About the Gurus
Vidyagauri Adkar is an internationally acclaimed Kathak artist, an A-grade artist of Delhi Doordarshan, and an ICCR empanelled artist. She trained under Pandit Rajendra Gangani and Guru Jafar Mulla. She has performed in India and several other countries, inspiring students with her teaching style and stage experience.
Muzaffar Mulla is a graded artist of Doordarshan, a choreographer, and founder of Kala Teerth Kathak Academy. He learned Kathak from Guru Jafar Mulla and Pandit Rajendra Gangani. He has represented Indian classical dance on prestigious stages in India and abroad.
