Overnight rain in Kullu district led to waterlogging on roads and slippery conditions, affecting students and office-goers. Drainage systems overflowed, causing inconvenience to commuters. The IMD has advised people to avoid unnecessary travel and stay away from rivers and landslide-prone areas.
