For this, they took his Aadhaar card, PAN card, and photographs, and got his signatures on several documents.
The complainant alleges that without his knowledge, the accused used his documents to obtain a loan and a credit card in his name. They also used the credit card themselves. Later, the accused called his wife to the office under the pretext of helping her avail government scheme benefits and took her documents and signatures as well.

In 2023, Puneet was fired from the job, and soon after, the accused closed the office and absconded. On 12 June 2024, the victim received a bank notice regarding the loan and credit card payments, revealing the fraud. He then approached the police.
