A traditional wrestling tournament (dangal) was organized at Karaladhi village in Urala gram panchayat, Padhar sub-division, Mandi district. The event saw participation from wrestlers across the region. In the main event, the Badi Mali (senior category) final, Mandi's Gopal Pehalwan faced Uttarakhand's Shavez Pehalwan. Gopal dominated the bout and pinned Shavez to claim the title.

In the Chhoti Mali (junior category) final, Piyush Gurjar from Rewalsar defeated Nitin to emerge victorious.

The winners were awarded cash prizes. For Badi Mali, the winner received Rs 5,100 and the runner-up Rs 4,100. For Chhoti Mali, the winner got Rs 2,500 and the runner-up Rs 2,100.

Chief Guests and Cultural Events

The closing ceremony was attended by retired Indian Army Captain Om Chand and retired principal Lal Singh Thakur as chief guests. They distributed prizes to winners of wrestling, sports, and cultural competitions. After the ceremony, the deity from Dev Shri Pashakot Barthwan village proceeded to Jhakhadu in Zilhan Panchayat for a dev jatar (religious fair).
