The Himachal Pradesh High Court has released the lists of candidates provisionally shortlisted for the Screening Test for the posts of Clerk (District Judiciary) and Process Server. The lists were published on 7 November 2026, and candidates can check them on the High Court’s official website.

This is the next step in the recruitment that began with Advertisement No. DJ-ADVT./2026 (1), dated 5 August 2026. The advertisement covers 388 posts in the district judiciary, including 141 Clerk posts and 65 Process Server posts.

What has been released

The High Court has published separate lists of candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted to sit the Screening Test. The lists are available as PDF files on the High Court website, hphighcourt.gov.in.

Candidates whose names appear in the lists should download their admit cards from the website. The admit card must be printed, a passport-size photograph must be pasted on it, and an original photo identity card must be carried to the examination centre. Candidates without these documents will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Exam dates

The screening tests are scheduled on 22 and 29 November 2026. Different reports give different dates for the two posts, so candidates should not rely on a newspaper report for their exact date. Check the date, time and venue printed on your own admit card.

How to check the shortlist

  • Visit the Himachal Pradesh High Court website, hphighcourt.gov.in.
  • Open the recruitment or results section and look for the Clerk and Process Server shortlist notices dated 7 November 2026.
  • Download the PDF for your post and search for your name or roll number.
  • If your name is on the list, download your admit card from the same website and check the exam date and centre carefully.

Do not confuse this with other High Court recruitments

This shortlist is for the Clerk (District Judiciary) and Process Server screening tests only. It is separate from the HP High Court Stenographer and Driver result, which was declared earlier, and from the admit card notice for these same Clerk and Process Server posts. Candidates should check the post name and advertisement number on every notice before acting on it.
