Who can apply: qualifications by sector

IT/ITeS — 10 posts (District Mandi)

  • B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 50% marks, OR
  • MCA, OR
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology, OR
  • DOEACC ‘B’ Level Certificate.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Skills needed: knowledge of software development, familiarity with equipment and training material, and the ability to communicate in English and the local language.

Telecom — 2 posts

  • B.E. or B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with at least 50% marks.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • A diploma or certificate course in Optical Fibre Communication will be preferred.

Retail — 20 posts

  • Any one of these combinations:
    • B.Voc. in Retail with at least 50% marks and 3 years of relevant experience, OR
    • Bachelor’s degree in Retail or equivalent with at least 50% marks and 3 years of relevant experience, OR
    • Graduation in Retail Management with at least 50% marks and 3 years of relevant experience, OR
    • PG Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% marks and 1 year of teaching or work experience.
  • Preference for candidates with an MBA in Retail Management or a PG Diploma in Retail Management.

BFSI — 10 posts

  • Postgraduate degree in Commerce (M.Com.), Management or Finance from a recognised institute or university with at least 50% marks, OR
  • MBA in Finance from a recognised university.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Age limit and other conditions

  • Age: 18 to 45 years, calculated as on 1 January 2026.
  • Domicile: only bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh are eligible.
  • Salary: fixed monthly CTC of Rs 19,700.
  • Nature of job: contractual. These are not regular government jobs, and the terms, including contract duration, are as per the official notification.
