Who can apply
Candidates must be working in Central or State Government, Union Territory administration, Universities, Statutory or Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organisations. Candidates working in private organisations are not eligible.
The essential qualification is a graduate degree from a recognised university, with seven years of experience in administration in a supervisory capacity, or as a teacher in a university or teaching institution, including conduct of examinations, admissions and teaching programmes for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
The maximum age limit is 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application, 15 November 2026.
Deputation terms
The initial period of deputation is ordinarily two years, extendable up to one year at a time in accordance with Department of Personnel and Training guidelines. Pay and allowances will be governed by the rules for Central Government employees under Level 12 of the 7th CPC pay matrix.
How to apply
Download the application pro-forma from the official AIIMS Bilaspur recruitment website, fill it in completely and sign it. Enclose self-attested copies of certificates for age, qualification, experience, caste certificate if applicable, EWS or PwBD certificate, and a No Objection Certificate from the parent department. Also enclose attested photocopies of up-to-date Confidential Reports for the latest five years.
Write on the envelope: “Application for the post of Registrar on Deputation Basis for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)”.
Send the hard copy through proper channel so that it reaches the Deputy Director Administration, 3rd Floor, Administrative Block (Recruitment Cell), All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Kothipura, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh – 174037, on or before 15 November 2026 by 5:00 PM. Applications received after the last date, unsigned or incomplete will be rejected. Online applications by email will not be accepted.
Selection
Candidates will be shortlisted on eligibility. AIIMS Bilaspur reserves the right to conduct a written test or interview to shortlist or select candidates.
