The Himachal Pradesh Jal Shakti Vibhag, Jal Shakti Division Reckong Peo, District Kinnaur, has invited offline applications for 20 part-time posts — 4 Para Pump Operator, 1 Para Fitter and 15 Multi Purpose Workers. The last date for the application to reach the office is 9 November 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
These are part-time, hourly posts — 6 hours a day — with a fixed monthly honorarium. They are not regular pay-scale government posts. The posts are for the operation and maintenance of water supply and irrigation schemes under the Jal Shakti Sub Divisions Reckong Peo, Sangla and Nichar.

Category-wise, the Para Pump Operator posts are UR 3 and SC 1; the Para Fitter post is UR 1; the Multi Purpose Worker posts are UR 8, SC 2, ST 1, OBC 2 and EWS 2. The notice says the number of posts may be increased or decreased at any time.
Who can apply
- Para Pump Operator: Matriculation (10th) with an ITI certificate in Electrician, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Pump Mechanic, Motor Mechanic or Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic, or Matriculation with a certificate in one of these trades under the Skill Development Scheme.
- Para Fitter: Matriculation (10th) with an ITI certificate in the Fitter or Plumber trade.
- Multi Purpose Worker: 8th pass from a recognised school.
The maximum age is 45 years as on 9 November 2026.
How to apply
Applications must be submitted offline in the prescribed format, with attested or self-attested copies of the supporting documents. A separate application has to be sent for each post. The application must reach the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Reckong Peo, District Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh, on or before 9 November 2026, up to 5:00 PM. The last date is for receipt, not dispatch — the application must physically reach the office by then, so send it early. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
