Bank of Baroda has announced 837 posts in its Wealth Management Services department, and applications are open now. This is not a fresher recruitment. Most of the posts, 791, are for Senior Relationship Manager, and the bank wants candidates who have already worked as a relationship manager in wealth management, investment advice, or portfolio management.

## Who can apply

Candidates must be graduates, with 3 to 12 years’ post-qualification experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth, investment or portfolio management, depending on the post. Some posts also need certificates from NISM or IRDA.

The experience needed is at least three years for the Senior Relationship Manager post and up to twelve years for the Group Head post.

## Salary and selection

The bank has not fixed one salary for these posts. The pay will be decided on the basis of your qualification, experience, and last salary. These are contractual posts, and you must be ready to work anywhere in India.

Selection is through scrutiny, a possible online test / psychometric test, and an interview. The interview qualifying marks are 60% for General/EWS candidates and 55% for reserved candidates.
